I'm using the recipe or Extra-Tangy Sourdough Bread. When I take the dough out of the refrigerator, do I let it come up to room temp before I add the 2 cups of flour? Nope, just go ahead and add the flour; it's going to rise for a lonnnnnng time anyway, so might as well get it going with the flour. PJH
