Can you cook the sougdough loaf in a bread machine ? Mary I don't know, Mary; machines vary so much. I'd say give it a try, using the setting with the longest rise times, and let us know what happens. Be sure to keep your eye on it, in case it goes crazy and starts to overflow the bucket!
