Your recipe for fried zucchini is AWESOME!! I served it with chicken strip, mashed potatoes and cream gravy and my dad, who doesn't even like zucchini had TWO servings! The rest of us veggie lovers, just absolutely LOVED it. I will be making it again and soon. I am wanting to make the chocolate cake soon...I know it'll be wonderful.
