Annmaree August 3, 2008 at 12:47pm The 'No-knead' way may work i.e. using a dutch oven. Failing that, try putting one in a baking tin covered by a lid or metal sheet. I understand it's the evaporation of the water so maybe a slightly wetter dough might puff it up. Reply
