I will be making this Blitz Bread this afternoon and look forward to rave reviews from a fussy family. I've enjoyed using a grain mill for several years, and wonder if I can purchase the whole grain white wheat used in your flour. NOTHING tastes as good as bread made with fresh ground whole wheat. I shall report back after the fussy family has tasted this "wonder bread." Hope your fussy family approves, Bunny! Unfortunately, we no longer sell the white wheat berries - I'd google it and see what kind of sources you can find, though. Shouldn't be too difficult. Good luck - PJH
