Hi again, P.J.! Decided to recheck this blog as I thought I remembered a mention of pan Cubano...........and I was right!!! We're able to buy authentic Cuban bread at SweetBay (Hannaford's FL "sibling") but I have always wanted to make my own, especially when we visit our youngest daughter and son-in-law and make lechon asado (roast pork with mojo sauce), black beans and rice, fried plantains, AND homemade sangria......well, now I can, and I'll be making while in VT. Yum, yum!!! Menu sounds great, Sue - what time exactly did you say dinner is?! - PJH
