This looks awesome and easy ! Have you done a ciabatta 101 , with photos ? I am a bread baking newbie , and really love to see how it should look every step of the way . I have learned so much by reading all the questions and answers here ! Sandra, ciabatta is on the way - sometime in the next month or so.
