Does this work with wholewheat bread dough? Also, do you have a quick recipe for a crusty sourdough loaf? Thanks! DF, you can try it with whole wheat - the bread will probably be denser and drier. And sorry, no, I don't have a quick recipe for a crusty sourdough loaf. It's kind of oxymoronic, as "quick" and "sourdough" are at opposite ends of the spectrum. Does anyone out there have a recipe that DF might enjoy? -PJH
