Hi Mike! You sure could bake this Blitz Bread recipe in a skillet if you'd like. We'd recommend dividing the dough in half to make two loaves, so the dough doesn't puff up while baking and go everywhere. The baking time will most likely be a bit shorter as well — you'll probably want to check on it after about 18 to 20 minutes of baking. Happy baking! Morgan@KAF
