I think you can safely advertise this Blitz bread recipe as "so simple, even a clueless bread baking novice can make it!" as I just proved this afternoon! This was my first attempt ever at making any kind of bread and the recipe and your photos with instructions made it really easy - and my attempt was done with no mixer (just a hand mixer until that gummed up, then with my hands)! And if my husband thought it was good, it was a definite success!! Thanks for giving me a very positive first-time experience making bread!! Ah, Jane, you warm my heart!
