These look wonderful! I will have to try them. A quick question - I don't have the instant yeast called for in the recipe. Would I be able to substitute active dry yeast for the instant yeast? Absolutely, Dianne - just dissolve it in a few tablespoons of the liquid and let it proof, then continue with the recipe. Understand rising times may be a bit longer, but it'll definitely work. have fun - PJH
