I divided the dough into 2 batches. Roll one & spread shredded Cheddar cheese with bitter sweet chocolates. The second one I just rolled up plain. It was fantastic and I ate the chocolate one straight from the oven. It was so delicious that I couldn,t stop at one. The plain one was also fantastic for mopping up gravy. Whoa, wait a minute - cheddar cheese and chocolate? Really?? Holy mackerel, how can I NOT try that?! Thanks, Kassey- PJH
