I noticed that you did NOT use a special bun pan. Any particular reason? (Other than to show that these could be done at home by anyone with basic baking gear?) That is exactly the reason! You can make fine buns without a special pan. We carry the pan for those who like the uniformity it offers, but it is not a necessity. Happy Baking! MaryJane @ The Baker's Hotline
