Sorry but, I forgot to mention that I LOVED making the crust this way! I think that I will probably make most of my pies this way from now on. I also made a sour black cherry this way last evening. THANKS! Yeah, it's kind of liberating, huh? "This is not your mother's piecrust." (Unless your mother was a French woman from the country...) :) PJH
