I am lucky and can get great peaches at a farmstand about a mile from my house here in NY starting in mid-July and lasting until about the end of August. I will definitely try this recipe, it looks so good. I have a couple of peach cobbler recipes that I make often during peach season too. One has a biscuit type topping, the other more cakelike. I grew up in VT and my brothers still have farms there. When I go up in the summer I take peaches to them and they are all crazy about them.
