I'm wondering ..... since peaches and nectarines are currently around in our super market, would nectarines do as well? I have yet to get a peach that is tasty and juicy. But, the nectarines that I bought this past week were so juicy (dripping through the fingers and the corners of my mouth), that I thought your recipe would fit. Would there be any changes in the ingredients, though? I always enjoy everyone's thoughts on those recipes you feature in the blog. Meijer's where I shop carries KA's basic flours when I can get them. Seems to be more in demand than the other flour producers as the shelves empty out, mostly during the holidays.
