Oh My Gosh...That looks wonderful! If I can ever get my hands on some good peaches - I've got to try it. I bet even the "mistake" tasted wonderful! Trish Trish, I have to confess we all took turns with a spoon scraping up all that leaked filling, and then one of the gals scraped the "pie" off the parchment and took it home with her! PJH
