This was a wonderful pie! I did modify it a bit and added 1 tsp of cinnamon and a few pinches of grated nutmeg. I also used only half of the sugar and half of the flour of the recipe because my peaches were perfectly ripe and sweet and my gut instinct told me I didn't need that much flour. It was a perfect pie and probably one of my very best I've ever made. I will be making this one again soon. Thank you PJ, I haven't made a pie in years and this recipe has encouraged me to bring pie-making back in my life!
