Hi Barb, a light brushing with either an egg wash or melted butter should help these beautiful rolls brown up a bit more, and you could certainly use a little of the garlic butter for this purpose. Just be sure to brush lightly so as not to deflate the rolls, and be careful that the melted garlic butter isn't too warm!
