As an exiled New Yorker, I really miss garlic knots. One slice, two knots. Nowyou can get started working ona recipe for zeppoles. Lilly, try our zeppole recipe - it's a savory version, but you can leave out the filling and drizzle with honey, if that's what you prefer. This anchovy version comes from my grandmother-in-law, Julia Zampine, whose family was from the Genoa area - so it might be different than what you're used to. PJH
