Thank you so much for the info. So glad I found this place, love experimenting with yeast doughs. These rolls were spectacular. We're visiting my daughter. My five grandchildren couldn't get enough...so soft and delicious, Can't wait to make them again when I get home. Glad to hear you had a good time with these, Loretta. I was thinking of "lemon love knots" or hearts with a sugar glaze today... watch for them in a couple of weeks! PJH
