I was wondering if you would make any modifications for baking these at altitude? I'm in Colorado and most of the cookies I bake need to be adjusted slightly to compensate for our elevation. Any suggestions? Thanks! Hi Kate - Take a look at our high-altitude baking page. Good luck - PJH
