Mine are rising as I type, I sure hope they turn out good, I can hardly wait until they are in the oven! P/S I love olives.
I bought Queen green olives and marinated them as follows: added 1 cup of the olives to a quart plastic container, along with 1/2 cup diced roasted red peppers (bought at Groc store), and about 1/2 cup of whole or halved Peperoncini peppers and 1/2 cup of the juice from those peppers, then filled the rest of container with the olive juice. Also added a teaspoon of italian seasonings, and mixed all together. Left in refrig over night to blend the savory flavors. Now I crave them! I chopped some of those and used it in my bread dough. Going to use as hamburger buns. I can't wait to try them!!
