I used a tapenade (olives and peppers) instead of olives. Justed squeezed out the liquid that the tapenade was bottled in and continued with the recipe. Hope they turn out. They might rise slowly, due to the saltiness of the olives being dispersed throughout and slowing down the yeast - but I'll bet they taste good! PJH
