P.J, this was a brilliant recipe! Thanks for persevering. Have you experimented with precooking any other types of fruit filling? I appreciate having a crispy top which is hard to achieve with most fruit crisps (usually mush!) recipes.
Baking is truly chemistry that we can eat, sometimes with more gusto than others, but we love the experiments!
