I love your tips for the perfect fruit filling consistency but I am one of the followers of the "oats in the topping" school of thought. Do you think I could just add oats to the streusel or must i follow another recipe? And thanks for the blog. I really, really enjoy reading what my fellow baking nuts are up to.
