Aluminum foil pans might be a great place to start, Nancy. That way, you can figure out which size pan will work for your favorite recipes inexpensively. We do offer a Mini Loaf Pan that creates 8 4 ounce loaves, which may be a great option as well. Happy baking! Annabelle@KAF
