Ooooh....I sure hope you had your warehouse manager do the proper transaction to relieve the inventory on the cinnamon chips!! When they count the bags, no one will be able to figure out why there's a shortage!! My dream job would be to work in a baking supply warehouse that had enthusiastic test bakers in the kitchen upstairs!!! Just discovered this blog and I'm hooked. Thanks.
