You certainly can, Kathleen! I would recommend filling each well of your muffin tin about 3/4 of the way full and baking at the same temperature called for but checking for doneness with the toothpick test about 18-22 minutes into the bake. Swapping raisins for the nuts in a 1:1 swap is also completely acceptable. Happy baking!
