I just made this banana bread recipe today. Omg, it is very very good! The only thing different was that I used slated butter instead of unsalted, because it was all I had. The bread is moist, yet firm, and such a sweet flavor, but not to sweet. Using the honey, an apricot jam was truly way better than your standard white sugar. I also used tiny dark chocolate morsels along with wal uts . I have been using the same recipe for years, but I'm willing to give it up for the recipe for sure. Can't wait for the next slice for breakfast or a midnight snack, lol. Thanks for this recipe! !
