More of a question, than a comment... I love banana bread, and have tried several recipes. Most of the time, they come out very well, but on a few occasion, the bottom 1/3 come out very moist and dense, with no signs of rising. What gives? BTW, love the banter; thanks for all the info and recipes! PS. Haven't had the chance to try this banana bread recipe yet...
