I made this cake today and just had a slice with a cup of tea. Absolutely delicious. Usually I don't have great success with banana bread - sometimes it's a bit heavy - but this one was moist and fairly light, although with a good (fairly dense) texture. I followed the recipe exactly and had no trouble. Another KA success! I've tried several of your recipes recently and they have all been good. Perhaps I should give away my 100+ baking books and just use KA! Thanks again.
