I would love to bake this for my gluten free, dairy free, sugar free friend. I read on one comment someone had substituted coconut milk for the cream, which I will do. But what do you suggest as a substitute for the sugar? So many products that are sugar free have such an odd flavor. Thank you, Rhonda
