You might also add to turn the ink/pencil/marker side down in the cake pan. Most folks know that but the newer bakers may not think about it. We don't want marker "ick" in our cake. Looks like a wonderful recipe. I have one co-worker who gets a flourless chocolate cake on her birthday. This one will definitely be the next one to try.
