Well - it WAS going to be the traditional sponge cake and strawberries and macaroons. . .I think that this chocolate cake could become a new tradition. Passover is a happy, family-centered holiday with (no surprise) a special dinner at its center. Thanks for the perfectly timed recipe! Happy Spring - the dogwoods are at peak in Atlanta! Beth
