I am ashamed to say that I doubted. This pizza looked too messy, too greasy - just too MUCH. The recipe lay around my kitchen for weeks until finally, I gave in. Even then, I couldn't see a good future for a crust with that much cheese folded into it. Until it all came out of the oven. Then - oh, my goodness! This is wonderful! Thank you, PJ Hamel - I've learned my lesson!
