Hi Katie, chocolate-raspberry chocolates: yum! We love this idea. You can combine 1/4 cup (3 ounces) melted raspberry jam with 1/2 teaspoon raspberry flavor, if you have it. Heat the cream as described in the recipe and then add the raspberry jam. Pour this over the chocolate and proceed with the recipe. Rolling the finished truffles in crushed freeze-dried strawberries is a perfect garnish. Happy baking! Kye@KAF
