PJ, a suggestion for those whose love of peanut butter cookies has been sorely tested by having a peanut allergic child in their home: I have successfully baked "peanut butter" cookies with soy nut butter and gotten raves from people who had no idea I made the switch. Thanks for the suggestion, Nettie - I'm sure moms dealing with allergies will really appreciate this. PJH
