Just made this recipe for my husband, he loves peanut butter cookies dearly. This is a really tasty cookie that is peanut forward. I did reduce the sugar to 1/2 cup white sugar and 1/4 cup brown sugar just as a preference, we both prefer baked goods to be less sweet. I also did these substitutions for ingredients based on what I had on hand: used dark brown sugar and chunky peanut butter. I did also need to add the recommended liquid (half-n-half in my case) because the peanut chunks did make the dough a tad less cohesive. The bake though proceeded according to the recipe.
