Oy, this took me back to trips w/dad to the Alta Loma Drug Store on HWY 6. Cherry phosphates, or malts, or hot coco and free reading off the comic book rack while dad and his buddies solved all the world's problems. At least Galveston County's problems. TY for sharing such wonders that whisked me back to my childhood!

At the risk of sounding dumb, what's the purpose of the vinegar? I have some Valrhona cocoa and chips in my cupboard crying for this recipe. And of course, King A is a pantry staple...
