I stopped cutting my biscuits into circles years ago. After I have my dough to my desired thickness I cut them into squares and separated them just a bit. The edges stay soft and pillowy and I find that the biscuits rise higher when they’re touching. Nothing beats a good biscuit with melted butter 😋
