Actually, it is glyphosate that is typically sprayed on conventional -- that is, non-organic -- flour just prior to harvest in order to dessicate it and provide a drier product. So, now that King Arthur is moving away from organic products to this "RegenAid" -- a regenerative label that does not require organic production: Can King Arthur guarantee that the "RegenAid" products are not sprayed with glyphosate? There are other Regenerative Labels that actuall require organic as the base, and get better from there (e.g., Rodale)
