I volunteer at a local cancer treatment center two days a week. Before COVID hit I bake various goodies for the patients and staff. When the pandemic hit I was told I could no longer bake for the patients, but the staff said it was okay to continue baking for them. I understand that they have to be careful as the patients immunity is compromised during chemo, but I sure miss baking for them. I've been volunteering and baking for them for over six years, ever since my wife passed. It is one of the most rewarding things I've done. I bake from scratch and also use many of your mixes.
