Can the KA gluten free all purpose flour be substituted for the KA gluten free bread flour recipes? I have a corn allergy and avoid xanthan gum which can be made from corn. Or is there a way to make the all purpose flour similar to the bread flour? I'd really like to make sandwich buns! Thank you so much.
