Hi Joan, we haven't developed any gluten-free sourdough bread recipes (as yet) using our new Gluten-Free Bread Flour, but stay tuned! In the meantime, we do recommend sticking with the Gluten-Free Measure for Measure flour to feed your Gluten-Free Sourdough Starter.
