Hi Sandy. When using pans made of different materials, you may find that the bake time has to be adjusted. Depending on the thickness and type of material being used, the amount of time it takes for a pan to fully heat up or the efficiency at which the material retains that heat can differ. We would recommend checking in on your baked good a bit earlier to see how it is progressing and then you can make any adjustments as needed.
