I've been baking sourdough bread for almost 20 years. Until now I've just covered my dough and cut it before I bake it.

I just got two Banneton baskets, one round that is 9" and one oval that is 10" long.

My question is how much dough will fit in the baskets!?

My recipe uses 400 g starter, 800g flour and 460 g water. I usually divide the dough in 4.
