Hi JoEllen, you can make a double batch by making two times the crumbs, filling, and batter. However, instead of pouring it into a single 9” x 13” pan, we recommend pouring it into two 8” squares, two 9” rounds, or a combination of the two. This will ensure that the coffee cake will bake properly and evenly (rather than sinking in the middle). Hope this helps!
