I am going to repeat the request for a short video. The verbal description is inadequate. Step 3 describes pressing the straight edge into the "crevice" at a 45 degree angle. Not only does that not make sense to me, but the only photo shows the bench scraper pressed parallel to the dough. Step 4 describes gently tugging at the top of the parchment paper. Again, I cannot imagine what the author means here. The technique seems very useful, but the description as it stands is not.
