Always spent summers on the farm..my Great Aunt taught me to cook..I grew up breaking eggs on a saucer one at a time before frying or adding into anything not so much for the shells but when you use all eggs from your own hens(never bought eggs) it's eaiser to get a bad one...You only have to toss a batch once to learn your lesson
